It is one of the trekking peaks in Nepal which doesn’t require an additional climbing permit. The Mardi Himal trek is an amazing adventure in Nepal. At an elevation of only 800 meters above sea level, To reach Pokhara from Kathmandu, you can opt for a short domestic flight, which is the quickest way, or take a tourist bus, offering scenic views during the approximately 6-8 hour journey. From Pokhara, the next step is to reach Kande or Phedi, the starting points for the Mardi Himal trek. You can hire a private vehicle or take a taxi for the 1-2 hour drive to Kande, the more commonly chosen starting point.
